Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience
• Must have basic dysrhythmia testing competency
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Float assignment with staffing adjustments every 4 hours (may be reassigned to a new unit in 4-hour blocks)

Job Summary:The RN provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Providing, delegating, supervising, and documenting care and patient/family education
• Communicating effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient and family needs
• Identifying and addressing variances from patient goals to ensure quality outcomes
