Requirements:

• Active NY RN License
• 2 years of nursing experience required

Job Details:

• Provide direct care to ventilator-dependent residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Deliver nursing services requiring specialized judgment and skills in ventilator care.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document resident care accurately (care plan, MAR, TAR).
• Coordinate and oversee daily care provided by CNAs and Ward Clerks.
• Maintain communication with Nursing Supervisor/UM and Physicians, providing updates throughout the shift.
• Exercise independent nursing judgment when necessary, while adhering to supervisory guidance.
