Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care providers to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and care strategies
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
