Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Facility: Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas Location: Rogers, Arkansas Shift: Nights

Position Summary: Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel RN to join its inpatient rehabilitation team on the night shift. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and other complex medical issues, supporting their journey toward functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized treatment plans and physician orders
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, recovery expectations, and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Arkansas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation or acute care
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and fast-paced environments
