Job Details:

• Pay: $ per day (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 10

• Duration: Per Diem

• Shift: Days/Nights

• Time to Report: 6am (start time for hospital shift) orientation/training 9am

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Number of Beds: 14 or 12 bed unit

• Patient Ratios: 1 to 7 RN, 1 to 10 LPN, 1 to 12 tech(C.NA)

• Equipment: On site- EKG machine, bladder scanner

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Amputee, stroke, hip and knee replacements

• EHR: Cerner

• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Age 18 years and older

• Scrub Color: Royal blue scrubs

• Parking: Park on the outer perimeter of the building

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted KY License

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Hospital experience is a must

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Rehab Experience

• Must have at least 2 years of experience

• Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
