• aster's degree in a social service area and active CA BBS licensure are required.

• A minimum of three years of leadership experience overseeing mental health and/or social service programs for individuals living with serious mental illness. i

• Strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a management role for 5+ years in a for profit or nonprofit behavioral health organization with progressive experience leading to at least three years' experience in operational/administrative management.

• At least 3 years of people management experience in a behavioral health setting. Experience directly supervising both clinical and nonclinical program leadership strongly preferred

• Knowledge and experience in business administration, clinical supervision, and clinical program operations management. Demonstrated experience effectively leading site and program operations for inpatient behavior health programs is required.
