🔹 Travel RN – Adult Forensic Psychiatry (Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Program)

Location: Brattleboro Retreat, VermontShift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nights)Contract Length: 13 weeksWeekend Requirement: Every other weekendLicensure: VT RN License (willing/eligible to obtain required)

🏥 Unit Description:

This is an Adult Forensics Unit focused on Co-Occurring Disorders, treating individuals who require stabilization from psychiatric illness and substance use disorders (e.g., Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety). The program provides 24/7 inpatient psychiatric care and medically assisted withdrawal, with a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approach.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years RN experience
• Recent inpatient psych experience within last 3 months (LTC not accepted)
• Willingness to float to other psych units & take charge shifts
• Comfortable with adult forensic populations
• First-time travelers accepted
• 2 supervisory references from past 2 years
• Copy of Driver's License
• BLS (AHA) required
