Ratios: Adolescent 1:8, Adults/Forensic- 1:15-20 depending on Unit

CPI/First Aid can be obtained during orientation

Travel experience: Not required

Minimum 3 Manager/Charge References (within past 2yrs.)

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required

Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Certs required: BCLS, CPI, First AidEMR: Avatar
