Are you a skilled RN ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, supportive Progressive Care Unit? We're looking for a dedicated Night Shift RN to join our float team, providing excellent patient care across multiple units.

Location: Plattsburgh, NYStart Date: 10/20/2025Duration: 16 weeks🕒 Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours (7 PM – 7:30 AM)

• RN NY license
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry/PCU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years – non-negotiable
• Skills in:
  • IV/line management & blood product administration
  • Cardiac and insulin drips
  • Post-cardiac cath care, telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia management
  • Stroke (CVA) & substance withdrawal care
  • Oxygen therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, and non-invasive airway management
