**Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.** 13 weeks 36HPW, 3x12 Variable Days 0700-1930, 1100-2330. EOW & EOH Cannot request multiple holidays off - Unit staffs every other holiday. No call required. Float to cover MS required - Float to cover CNA and Team RN tasks rotated among staff as needed, travelers must be willing to be flexible. 1st time travelers accepted. Required: BLS and 1.5 years experience. Preferred: ONS cert, Charge experience, and Level II trauma experience. Communication with AIDET, great customer service and phone etiquette is an expectation Agency staff will not administer chemotherapy unless specially trained. Oncology and Chemo Experience is not required.
