Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• At least 1 year of Cerner EMR experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications
• Must be flexible to float between Medical, Telemetry, Progressive Care units, and ED holds as needed
• Up to 1 week of RTO accepted

Job Summary:The RN provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Applying the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Providing, delegating, supervising, and documenting patient care and education for patients and families
• Communicating effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient/family needs
• Identifying variances from patient goals and ensuring timely implementation of solutions
