60282Job Description:The PCU RN will provide direct care to patients using the nursing process, including comprehensive assessment, care planning, medication administration, and treatment interventions. Responsibilities include neuro-PCU patient management, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Must delegate, oversee, and guide support staff effectively while complying with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Typical patient ratio ranges from 1:4–1:5 (target) up to 1:6 depending on acuity.Ax
