Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum: 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• BLS Certification – Required prior to first shift
• ACLS

• Inpatient rehab environment
• RN supervises LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
• Focus on comprehensive care, safety, and patient education
• Prioritizes patient safety using 10-Foot Circle of Safety model
• Emphasis on interdisciplinary care planning, timely documentation, and discharge planning
• Encouraged to assume charge responsibility and team leadership roles
