Job Title: Registered Nurse – Outpatient OncologyLocation: San Diego, CASchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Sunday; includes weekends and holidays as required)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Outpatient RN with a strong oncology background to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and related treatments in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments according to established protocols

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide supportive care

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans

• Educate patients and families on treatment regimens, side effects, and self-care strategies

• Perform central line care, IV therapy, and related procedures

• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the EMR

Requirements:

• Active California RN license

• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certificate at time of hire

• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)

• Chemo administration experience required

• PICC certification preferred

• Strong oncology nursing skills with attention to safety and patient education

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Includes weekends and holidays per department rotation
