Position Overview:HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Level III Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role involves providing perioperative care in a busy surgical environment, working alongside a highly skilled surgical team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Monitor patients intraoperatively and respond to changing conditions.

• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience in an acute care setting.

• Current NY RN license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative nursing standards.

Certifications Required:

• BLS (American Heart Association)

• ACLS preferred
