Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room Unit. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia.

Duties

• Preoperative Preparation
• Intra-operative Support
• Postoperative Care
• Patient Advocacy and Safety
• Documentation and Compliance

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and perioperative nursing protocols.
• Ability to assess situations rapidly and make sound clinical decisions during high-pressure scenarios.
• Clear communication with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure seamless coordination.
• Precision in handling instruments, monitoring patient vitals, and documenting surgical events to prevent errors.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cohesively with the surgical team and support staff in a fast-paced environment.

Facility Requirements:1+ year of recent experience as RN Operating Room- RequiredRN GA License/Compact License - RequiredBLS/CPR (AHA) - RequiredLevel 1 trauma experience - Required

Previous travel experience - Required
