Registered Nurse – Oncology (Outpatient Setting)

Position Overview:

Seeking a Registered Nurse with strong experience in oncology, infusion therapy, and navigation for an outpatient setting. This role includes floating between Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital.

Candidates must have recent experience in oncology/infusion and preferably hold ONC certification or a valid biotherapy card. This position operates on a deferred schedule with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Flu vaccine is required for new staff starting after 9/2. Declinations will not be accepted.

Certifications Required:

• Active Massachusetts RN License (must be active at time of submission)
• BLS (AHA)
• ONC (preferred) or Biotherapy card

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology, infusion, or navigation RN experience
• Outpatient oncology setting experience preferred
• Ability to float between Beverly and Addison Gilbert hospitals

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in administering chemotherapy/biotherapy
• Strong patient navigation and education skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Reliable and professional communication with multidisciplinary teams

• Return Policy: Cannot have worked at any Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) facility in any role (perm/travel/PRN) in the past 6 months
