Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide and supervise nursing care to patients in an oncology setting. As an RN in this role, you'll work independently with minimal supervision, coordinating care with other caregivers and adhering to universal precautions and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Provide care in accordance with physician orders, taking and recording measurements and readings.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other caregivers, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
• Patient Assessment: Assess patient conditions and provide treatment according to established protocols.

Requirements

• Education: BSN or ADN degree
• Licensure: Current Ohio RN license
• Certifications: CPR certification within 30 days of employment
• Experience: Oncology experience preferred
• Skills:
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to read, calculate, and prepare medications

Schedule

• Hours: 80 hours per pay period
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
