Job Title: NICU Nurse - Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Nurse for a night shift position, which includes weekend and holiday rotation. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and a strong proficiency in using Epic software. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care to neonates in the NICU, monitoring their health and administering treatments as necessary.- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Educate families about neonatal health and care procedures, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources.- Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts in compliance with healthcare regulations.- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in neonatal care. Qualifications: - Must have current and valid nursing license as per local regulations.- Previous experience in NICU is required.- Proficiency in Epic software is required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Requirements: - Updated immunizations, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and a recent TB test are required for onboarding.- Completion of a physical health statement and a Catholic Drug Screen is also mandatory.- Background checks including criminal and national sex offender registry checks must be successful.
