Job Title: RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Location:Wellington,FL

Schedule: 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts per Week (Sunday–Saturday)

Contract Length: 8 Weeks

Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,539.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $936.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,603.00 Per Week

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse for an 8-week contract position in a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the care of critically ill neonates, including micro preemies, and will be proficient in advanced neonatal therapies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, expert care to neonates ranging from 23 weeks gestation to 4 months of age
  • Respond to neonatal emergencies in the delivery room and provide immediate post-delivery care
  • Attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries to assist in neonatal assessment and stabilization

Qualifications:

  • Required Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
    • STABLE
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of Level III/IV NICU experience
    • Proficiency in vents, oscillators, pressors, and micro preemie care
    • 3+ years of NICU experience strongly preferred

Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
