Position Overview:HumanEdge Health is seeking two experienced Med Surg RNs for an exciting travel opportunity in a Neuromusculoskeletal Med Surg Unit at a leading hospital in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for nurses with a background in neurology, musculoskeletal, and telemetry care who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This Level II RN role offers opportunities for expanded clinical leadership, including charge nurse, preceptorship, and committee participation.

Unit Description:

• High-acuity medical-surgical unit focused on neurologic and musculoskeletal disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients with neuro and musculoskeletal conditions

• Interpret and respond to telemetry monitoring

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

• Serve as charge nurse or preceptor as assigned

• Collaborate across interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active NYS RN License (must be in hand before start)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience

• Telemetry experience required

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Required Certifications:

• BLS – American Heart Association ONLY
