MICU RNLocation: Akron, OHShifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week)Pay: $59/hrThe MICU RN role is on a 26-bed Medical ICU unit caring for critically ill patients. This position requires a highly skilled nurse with strong critical care experience and the ability to float to the Neuro ICU and telemetry units as needed. Ratios are typically 1:1 or 1:2, with occasional 1:3 based on patient acuity.MICU RN Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced critical care to high-acuity patients in the Medical ICU.
• Float to Neuro ICU and telemetry units as assigned.
• Perform independent lab collection and IV initiation.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management.

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience.
• Recent EPIC experience (within 12 months) listed on resume.
• Willing to work every other weekend and 2 of 3 major holidays.
• Float required; maximum of 10 days RTO for submission.
• Interview required.
