We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document accurately in the medical record.

• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Monitor and maintain IV lines, catheters, and other medical equipment.

• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide emergency interventions as needed.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.

• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
