Night ratios are 6/7 to 1 (stretch 8/9). Rapid response team activation. 1 year of recent experience-We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily livingFloat Required: YesNote: MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands.
