**Job Title:** Licensed Nurse**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM**Job Description:**We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established practices and protocols within a collaborative team environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Deliver patient-centered care and support to patients during the night shift.- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.- Perform routine assessments and monitor patients for changes in their health status.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Conduct patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.- Ensure compliance with hygiene and infection control standards.**Required Qualifications:**- Active nursing license (Nursys) with verification capabilities.- Completion of Bassett Core Competencies, Unit Exam, and Skills Checklist.- Up-to-date personal health screenings, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Fit Test, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap (optional).- Valid Driver's License/State ID.- Completion of an Annual TB Questionnaire and a Physical/Health Statement.- Professional references and consent to a criminal background check.- Employment verification and relevant documentation for education.**Preferred Attributes:**- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work with diverse patient populations.- Detail-oriented and organized approach to healthcare delivery.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.**Contract Duration:** 89 weeks---At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
