PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Elizabethtown, New York.

CRU - MUST START IN NEXT 2 WEEKS, LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. MS Tele: Schedule will be 3 x 12s one week and 3 x 12s and an 8H Shift the next, 80H biweekly. Every other weekend required. Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start • A minimum of 1 year experience • Prior travel required • Charge experience required and will be performing in this capacity regularly • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • NY license required • IVS to OFFER • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
