Can try to request blocked schedule.Job Description:Nursing Float pool medsurge TelemetryProvide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.Charting system used EpicRequirements:Active RN license in the state of Ohio or Compact/Multistate License.Must have a minimum of 18 months of recent MS experience.Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for before taking travel assignments.Certifications Required: BLS and ACLSPatient Ratios: 1 : 6
