Duration: 13 WEEKS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION

Medical surgical telemetry nurses responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and Interpreting Telemetry Data: Continuously track and interpret patients' heart rhythms and other vital signs.

• Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Administering Medication: Ensure accurate administration of medications, particularly those related to cardiac care.

• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.

• Emergency Response: Act swiftly in response to any changes in patients' conditions, including initiating life-saving measures.
