Position Details:

• Shift: Day shift, 3x12s (36 hours/week)

• Compensation: Up to $2,300/week (based on experience and contract terms)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting.

• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois (or compact license)

• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Surgical experience (Critical Access experience preferred)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN)

• BLS and ACLS required prior to start

• Additional specialty certifications are a plus
