The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients in a high-acuity medical-surgical unit. Nurses are expected to manage patient loads of 1:6–7, assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. This role requires experience in Level I Trauma settings and large hospitals. Nurses may be floated to similar units or campuses within 20 miles, as needed.Ax
