Description:Delivers patient-centered care using nursing knowledge, skills, and assessments to create and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Promotes safety and advocacy by protecting patients' rights, fostering trust among team members, and adhering to infection prevention protocols.Provides education and support to patients and families, tailoring teaching strategies to learning styles and ensuring understanding for post-discharge care.Engages in continuous improvement through self-evaluation, quality assessment, and applying critical thinking to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.Builds therapeutic relationships by being present, empathetic, and responsive to patient/family needs, and contributes to a healing environment.
