Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse, RN to join our team at Adena Greenfield Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse, RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care
• Collaborate with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and supportive work environment
• May be required to float to similar units or other hospitals depending on census

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio required
• ACLS/BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry Units required, ED experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
