Compensation:

• Total Weekly Gross: $2,160
  • Taxable (W2): $648
  • Stipend (Housing/Meals): $1,512

Requirements:

• Active RN license – Required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience – Required
• NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications – Required
• Experience with Cerner EMR – Required
• BSN – Highly Preferred

Job Description:The RN will provide competent, compassionate, and efficient care to patients across the lifespan, applying age-appropriate practices. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, including a full review of systems, and documenting findings accurately and timely.
• Identifying and interpreting patient needs to develop appropriate care plans.
• Understanding and administering a wide range of treatments based on patient conditions.
• Completing admission assessments within the established time frame in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Delivering patient care that reflects knowledge of developmental stages and individualized patient needs.
