Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg Facility: National Park Medical Center Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Summary: National Park Medical Center is seeking an experienced Travel MedSurg RN to join its acute care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment throughout the hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and individualized plans
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Arkansas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg experience in an acute care setting
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing patient needs
