The Travel Med/Surg RN provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide nursing care to 18–24 adult patients on the unit

• Maintain patient ratio of approximately 1:6

• Float to other units as needed

• Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR, Merge, and PowerChart

• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled

• BLS required

• 1–2 years' Med/Surg experience preferred

• Active TN RN license

• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
