Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $3,343.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $1,040.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $2,303.00 Per Week

Overview: We are currently seeking two experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with a focus on Maternal and Child Health to join our Home Care team in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves traveling to patients' homes to provide care to children from newborn to 18 years of age. In cases involving newborns, postpartum care may also be provided to mothers, counted as two separate visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing services in the home to pediatric and maternal clients.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide newborn and postpartum evaluations, education, and support.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Travel locally within Brooklyn to patient homes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience in:
  • MedSurg
  • Maternal and Child Health
  • Critical Care
  • Pediatrics
• Current home health experience in Maternal-Child nursing.
• Strong communication and independent decision-making skills.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
• AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• PALS Certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
