Job Description:1 RN for 20 residents, 8-10 per LPN and 4-6 per CNA.Residents will be geriatric long term care with wound care but no trachs.No acute care needs will be in the facility.Opportunity to provide care for older adults in a long term care environment.Duties include direct patient care, assessments, documentation and implementation of the nursing plan of care, oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues, and medication administration.Required Qualifications:1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experienceGraduate of an accredited nursing program.License, Certification, RegistrationRegistered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)BLS (AHA)
