Job Description: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: HMiddlebury, VT 05753

Schedule:

Day Shift: 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Mid Shift: 4x8-hour shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Floating required

Contract Duration : 32 Weeks

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care nursing
• Recent EPIC experience (within last 2 years) — non-negotiable
• Prior travel nursing experience required — no first-time travelers
• Dementia Capable Care certification preferred
• Ability to work all major holidays and floating as assigned
• Must have reliable transportation; personal or rental vehicle recommended (all-season or snow tires required Nov-Apr)
• Must be able to pass all compliance documentation prior to assignment
