Location: Sistersville, WV

Pay Rate: For local -$2600/wk & Travel- $2800/wk

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8 hours shift)

Start Date: Asap

Job Type: Contract (8 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The RN - DONwill be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
• Developing short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
• Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
• Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
• Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses.
• Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with medical staff and other departments to ensure hospital efficiency.
