Location: New York, NY Start Date: 09/08/2025 | End Date: 12/06/2025Schedule: 5x8s | Variable days | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

• Provide safe, evidence-based care to hospital staff in an ambulatory setting

• Perform clinical assessments, screenings, and vaccinations

• Support infection prevention and return-to-work protocols

• Collaborate with Employee Health and Occupational Medicine teams

• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC

• Educate employees on wellness, disease prevention, and health promotion

• Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives

• Demonstrate leadership in clinical care and team collaboration
