Job Summary

We're seeking experienced RNs to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. As an RN, you'll work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of needs.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
  • IV Therapy: Administer IV antibiotics and fluids.
  • Admission/Discharge: Complete admission and discharge processes for patients.

Requirements

  • Licensure: IL license required (temp or permanent).
  • Certifications: BLS certification required.
  • Experience: One year of experience, with geriatric experience preferred. First-time travelers welcome.

Schedule

  • Shifts: 5-5 schedule for RNs and LPNs, with 8 or 12-hour shifts for CNAs.
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.
  • Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday.

Facility Information

  • Type of Facility: SNF 60/LTC 35-50.
  • Census: Typically 80-95, with 20 non-private rooms.
  • EMR: PCC electronic medical record system.
