38 Bed Facility- ADON Role: Including On-Call hours. 3-4 days/week for in person coverage and on-call coverage every 3rd weekend Friday at 5pm to Monday at 8am, on-call tentatively starting weekend of 8/15. On call responsibilities include assisting nurses in an advisory capacity for urgent or reportable situations (DON and consultants would be available via phone for questions) and to come in and work as the nurse if there is a call in. Scheduled days during the week to include every Friday or at least every other Friday.
