Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Blackduck, Minnesota.

• Deliver safe and effective patient care in accordance with professional standards and facility policies
• Provide medication administration, wound care, and assessments as needed
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the care team and family
• Ensure documentation is timely and accurate using PointClickCare
• Participate in care planning and resident/family education
• Comply with facility protocols, including infection control and safety standards
• Provide direct, holistic care for residents in a post-acute setting
• Monitor patient condition and administer medications/treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Uphold infection control and facility safety protocols
• Support care planning and discharge coordination
