Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24 months current Labor Delivery experience required License: Active License required Certifications: - ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA) - NRP - AFM Must-Have: - No license hits Description: Candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Please include a copy of the driver's license in the submission. The cover page must be fully completed. All experienced departments candidates are willing to accept or work in must be included. This will help expedite candidate presentation as orders can open or close quickly. Accuracy is critical, and all requests should be noted in the highlights section. Start date should be on or very quickly after the order start date listed. All requests for time off must be listed on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. Requests for time off will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or on holidays. All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed in the submission. Include preferred locations such as any state or specific states when applicable. All shifts the traveler is open to working on must be noted in the submission. All departments the traveler is willing to work in must be checked on the cover page. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Notify us if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available. Compliance requirements must be strictly adhered to and attested. Candidates must have travel experience preferred. Resume must include all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed. The skills checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old. Active license verification must be less than 30 days old. All certifications must be active at the time of submission. An on-call schedule will be determined by the facility. Weekend schedule will also be determined by the facility.
