Must have Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS) and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring. Travel experience preferred. Must work every other weekend/ every other holiday. Basic knowledge of care of pregnant women and post surg care is preferred.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specific requirement, please contact admin vaccine required. Religious and Medical exemptions will be considered per hospital policy.Unit 2 Teaching Facility. 29 Beds for post partum and 14 beds for L&D. Charting System: Cerner. RN:PT Ratio 6:1. Unit practices Couplet Care, care of infants is required including admin. of antibiotics to well newborns. Gyn surgeries and Antepartum pt are also placed on unit.
