Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Colton, California.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall nursing experience (5+ years preferred)
• 1+ year of recent supervisory/interim leadership experience in a Labor & Delivery setting (required)
• BSN + Master's in Healthcare Administration or MSN (required)
• Active California RN license
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, AWHONN
• Acute care experience
• NICU experience a plus

• Direct and supervise unit staff; manage scheduling, staffing and payroll
• Oversee planning and evaluation of specialized L&D patient care
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Manage department budget, staffing levels, and performance improvement initiatives
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
• Provide education and orientation to nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in survey readiness and accreditation processes
