Experience: Min 2 yrs L&D

Common Cases: L&D, postpartum; C-sections (RN cares for newborn with RT/anesthesia support); < 36 weeks transferred to higher-level facility.

Staffing: Charge RN (yes), No nurse aides, RT 24/7, No tele/vents/IV team, Pharmacy not 24/7

Floating: Primarily MedSurg for tasking
