Documentation system: Epic and Centricity Perinatal (Epic coming 3/24)

Scheduling requirements: 12 hour shifts

Floating policy: to areas with competency.

AMC has an internal float team that assists in filling holes

Patient Experience requirements: L&D nurses required to float to high risk antepartum unit

Requested Skill Set: Must have: Labor and Delivery experience, high risk experience Advanced skills needed: Cesarean Sections, Inductions, Bariatric patients, other high-risk conditions, postpartum Mg Procedures performed on unit: NSTs, Cerclage, triage, recovery after C-section
