Job Description & RequirementsLabor, Delivery, Recovery, & Postpartum Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel PositionLocation: Williston, ND Job Type: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeksShift: 3x12s Nights + Call Pay: $2844/weekJob Description:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth process. This role is a unique opportunity to work in an 15-bed unit where you will care for the same family from labor through recovery and postpartum. The ideal candidate is a nurturing professional who can manage the complexities of labor and delivery while also providing expert care and education for new mothers and their infants.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and the postpartum period.Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, contractions, and progress, and respond to any changes.Administer medications and assist with pain management interventions.Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures.Educate and support patients and their families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided.Qualifications:Active RN license in North Dakota or a compact state.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications.Minimum of 2 years of recent LDRP or L&D nursing experience.COVID vaccine and recent TB test may be required.Benefits:Weekly pay with competitive ratesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchReferral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our networkFlexible schedules and personalized career supportAbout ATC HealthcareATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
