WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a L&D Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Albany, NY. The weekly pay for this position is $2,400 a week.

Job Function:

• Day/Night Shift.
• 3x12 + EOW.

• Monitor the mother's vital signs, fetal heart rate, and overall labor progress, documenting all findings accurately.

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and epidurals as ordered, and provide pain management support.

• Assist physicians or midwives during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care.

• Educate and support patients and families throughout the labor, birth, and recovery process.

• Respond to obstetric emergencies and implement appropriate interventions to ensure the safety of both mother and baby.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
